SERVICE AGREEMENTS
Service agreements help you with budgeting and save you money. Not everyone has the same service needs, therefore we have a number of options for you to choose from.

SERVICE FOR BUSINESS

The agreement is based on a fixed monthly payment and varies depending on the equipment included under the agreement, the required response, monitoring services, remote access to devices and monthly PMA's.
By having this range, we cater for most size businesses. You can choose what to include and exclude from our Service Agreements.

How does it work?
The hourly rates we charge are dependant on the agreement package you choose.
You will be charged at the agreement rate monthly in advance.
Package sizes are reviewed every 6 months. 1 Change is allowed within the first 3 months
You may include: Service levels, PMR's, Monitoring and Remote Access.
This is a pre-paid service, pay monthly by automatic payment or direct debit

SERVICE FOR SCHOOLS

The agreements range from a monthly fee of $250.00 to $3000.00. By having this range, we cater for most size schools.
Schools can benefit from regular, planned and scheduled on-site visits. It is prefered that schools keep a register or "To Do" list that gets worked down at these visits.

How does it work?
The hourly rates we charge are dependant on the size package you choose
You will be charged at the agreed rate until the monthly credit is used, thereafter standard rates apply.
Package sizes are reviewed every 6 months. 1 Change is allowed within the first 3 months
Carry-over: 10% of the monthly agreed package may be carried over to the following month if unused.
You may include: Service levels, PMR's, Monitoring and Remote Access.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE REPORTING

Preventative Maintenance Reparting is a service where you get a monthly report on the status of your server. By having these monthly checks, potential problems can be picked up before they become critical. This report is like a health check for your server.

What gets checked?
Event Logs
CPU and Memory usage
Drive Space availability
Virus checks and definitions are up-to-date
Backups are running as scheduled
Microsoft Updates and Patching
