To enable us to access your computer remotely we need you to do the following:
- Click on the Help button above.
- Download executable file
- Run file
- Provide Support Staff with ID Code when requested.
You may also request remote support by completing the this form. Our Support staff will contact you as soon as someone becomes available to schedule a suitable time.
New customers will be need to fill our an Account and Credit Application before we can do any remote work.
